		I have been practicing yoga for 4 years.  I do it 2 - 5 times per week.
		Bouldering at Castle rock state park. I love rock climbing and bouldering outside!
		Running at Lake Temescal. I am an ultra trail marathoner.  Mostly 30 mile runs...I am considering increasing to 50 miles at the moment, but it does seem a bit time consuming.
		This was an exciting climb.  I had to trust my arms to hold me high above the groud and pull my legs up around the rock above. I spent a week kayak camping in Baja.  I have my own kayaks - there is nothing like kayaking in the Bay at night.
